Good - especially the scene with Betty and Jughead’s mom
Ashley,
These comics are very much like the tv show they're based off of: complete overdramatic nonsense, but addictive as Jingle Jangle lol。 Many many many times I've lamented the lack of an overarching story to tie these vignettes together, and I still stand by that。 Also the fact that we're in (finished?) season 4, so I don't remember some things (like the stories with Gladys。) And heck, season 3 was complete nonsensical trash anyway so。。。But the characters were written just like their television cou These comics are very much like the tv show they're based off of: complete overdramatic nonsense, but addictive as Jingle Jangle lol。 Many many many times I've lamented the lack of an overarching story to tie these vignettes together, and I still stand by that。 Also the fact that we're in (finished?) season 4, so I don't remember some things (like the stories with Gladys。) And heck, season 3 was complete nonsensical trash anyway so。。。But the characters were written just like their television counterparts, down to the way they talked。 The art was generally pretty good, and even though it changed between stories, it was never very jarring。 All in all, just as obsessively readable as the show is watchable。 。。。more

Joana Veríssimo,
I went into this one looking for the FP/Alice scene, not in this volume, but this was still so GOOD!!!! It delivered on Parentdale content, with actually having a Fred/Hermione scene and young Hermione, a little bit of Sierra/Tom and an entire issue on Gladys and I LOVE her always :DThis is the best Archie comics I've read, because this finds the balance with the characters still feeling their comic self, but also with more of their show self, which means Betty and Veronica are not fighting over I went into this one looking for the FP/Alice scene, not in this volume, but this was still so GOOD!!!! This actually fills some show holes so well, besides all the parent stuff, Polly's story was probably my favorite - she's so young and been through so much, and the show has been painting her in such a bad light, that this story was so good to see。 Also LOVED the issue about Josie post being denied into Julliard and there's a huge plot point in there!!! Really Myles McCoy is probably still my least favorite parent。。。 And Joaquin was heartbreaking, knowing where that story goes and where it ends。。。But really the best Archie Comics I've read so far, a very high 4 stars, compared to others who had been three stars, maybe even low 3 stars。。。 。。。more
